A student injured in the deadly Michigan State University shootings last week has been discharged from the hospital, according to a police report. The incident took place on Feb. 13, when a gunman opened fire on the MSU campus, critically injuring five students and killing three.

Four of the five injured students have been improving and have been upgraded to less severe conditions. Now, one of those four is able to go home.

The four other students currently remain hospitalized at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. Two students are in serious, but stable, condition. One student is in fair condition. One student is in critical condition.

The three students who lost their lives due to the shooting are Arielle Anderson, 19; Alexandria Verner, 20; and Brian Fraser, 20. GoFundMe has a hub for MSU shooting victims.

Classes resumed for students on Monday, but officials say professors and instructors will accommodate special cases due to the shooting.

The 43-year-old gunman who committed the murders killed himself the evening of the shooting. He had no known ties to MSU.
